CCGRF

CCGRF is formed for redressal of grievances of the consumers in accordance with the HERC regulations.

It is established at circle level, Zonal Level and Corporate level. There are 2 Zones in DHBVNL which are further divided into 11 Electric Supply Circles, hence 11 CCGRF at Circle level, 2 at Zonal Level and 1 at Corporate level. Altogether 11 + 2 + 1 = 14 CCGRF.

Jurisdiction: Entire area of that particular Electric Supply Circle including Electric Supply Divisions/Sub-divisions under that Circle.
